Laptops, macbooks, ipads, iphones....and ofcourse their sequels steering the world of technology to greater heights. and what can we see.. the youth flashing all of these all the more considering them to be instruments to adorn their fashion statement. adding to which is the changing system of education making it more oriented towards technology. this has led to a lot of paper being left off the shelves giving it a better name under recycling(i doubt how much of it is done with that cause in mind).
Talking about papers being replaced now we come to the missing relevance of a good handwriting. the days when toddlers were made to sit and inherit a beautiful style of putting letters down have gone and been replaced with kids flashing gadgets(about which we got to know as adults) and learning how to handle them. now this has put a lot of redundancy on the benefit of attaining a good handwriting. but do you think its right to change our outlook in this way? why switch to a world of keyboards and get driven by the order of qwerty?
When the saying goes the pen is mightier than the sword, we definitely need to realise the importance of writing. coz writing is in my opinion the best way to express oneself. and when good handwriting comes along with it, its a pleasure to the reader too. so why not let your writing skills be glamorized more. we might turn to the thought of storage of our articles which is convenient in typing down but why not give a thought of taking up the age-old diary habit..and not just follow the rest of the world.
After all a man's personality is reflected from his hand-writing. so its time to switch to the uplifting the creativity of stylish writing. coz pens will always remain mightier than the sword. so why prefer typography over calligraphy.
